Empathy remains as a powerful skill and quality which can enhance engagement and understanding when communicating with others, which is necessary to build and maintain effective partnership relationships.

This 2-hour workshop aims to support the advancement of FPM practice for any clinical staff who have completed the 5 day Family Partnership Foundation Training and are looking to build on your current skills and qualities of empathy. The learning methods are explorative discussion, skills practice and information sharing.
