Virtual Home Visits

One on one support from a child and family health nurse to help with parenting concerns around sleep and settling, age-appropriate routines, multiple babies, breastfeeding, feeding and nutrition, toddler behaviour, adjusting to parenting and pre- and postnatal mental health. This is a free service.

These free 2 hour consultations are for families with children from birth to 5 years.

Your first appointment usually takes about two hours. During this time, we work with you to create a plan that supports your goals. Follow-up sessions are arranged as needed.
