Our clinicians are here to help you explore and understand the factors affecting your mental health, including low mood, anxiety, and other challenges like unrealistic expectations of parenthood, rigid thinking patterns, the effects of childhood trauma, and experiences of grief and loss. We provide the support you need to adapt to your role as a parent. As a parent-infant service, our primary goal is to help you strengthen the bond with your baby.
What to Expect
Your first meeting will focus on understanding your specific needs, allowing us to recommend the most suitable services. From there, you'll be invited to attend regular sessions, typically once a week, with the frequency depending on the services you’re accessing.
Our dedicated team—including registered nurses, clinical psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, all with specialist expertise in perinatal and infant mental health—will work with you over the coming weeks or months, providing ongoing support for as long as you need until you feel ready to transition from our care.
