Is your child worried, nervous, or stuck in “what if” thoughts? Join us for a parent & child session using the much‑loved book ‘Hey Warrior’ by Karen Young.
Many children experience anxiety — whether it shows up as worry, avoidance, tummy aches, tears, or big emotional reactions. This supportive session helps children understand anxiety in a way that feels safe, empowering, and age‑appropriate.
Ideal for children up to 12 years who experience worry, anxiety, or big feelings. No prior diagnosis is needed

Who is it for?: Parents with children aged up to 12 years of age who experience worry, anxiety or big feelings.
