Jodie, a new mum found early parenting both joyful and incredibly challenging as a single parent. Sleep deprivation, minimal support, and the weight of doing it all alone left her feeling overwhelmed and isolated. With the help of a Karitane volunteer, Jodie gained confidence and the reassurance she needed. She now wants other parents to know that support is out there — and that asking for help is more than okay.
