This course is for professionals who have completed the FPM foundation training who are wanting to become facilitators of the FPM foundation course and develop the skills, qualities and deeper understanding of effective implementation of FPM into practice.

Come and Join our ONLINE -NSW FPM Facilitator Community of Practice meetings. Each month we will have a different focus in which we aim to share and learn together the various ways in which we can build our confidence, skills, qualities and knowledge for effective facilitation of the Family Partnership Model training and practice.

This interactive one-day workshop will focus on reviewing the Family Partnership Model (FPM) and exploring how to implement it effectively in practice.

How to manage when you get ‘stuck’ when working with others. This is a 2 hour workshop.

This group is for new graduates to Child & Family Health, Midwifery, Paediatrics & Mental Health. This course runs every Wednesday for 5 weeks.

In this course, you’ll learn how to use the FPM Reflective Practice Handbook to guide practitioners to reflect on their work with families and colleagues. Reflective supervision is a collaborative process that promotes professional development by encouraging service providers to reflect on their thoughts, feelings, and experiences within their work, ultimately enhancing their effectiveness and well-being.
