Overview

We’re here to help you understand what’s affecting your mental health, whether it’s low mood, anxiety, unrealistic expectations of parenting, grief, or past trauma. Our goal is to support you in your parenting journey and help you build a strong bond with your baby.

Our Services

  • Individual and family supportive therapy
  • Psychiatric services

What To Expect

We’ll give you a call to chat about how you’re feeling and set up your first visit at a time that works for you. When you arrive, we’ll make sure you feel at ease, show you around, and introduce you to a team member.

Your first session will focus on getting to know your needs so we can recommend the best support for you. After that, you’ll join regular sessions, usually once a week, depending on the services you’re using.

Our team of caring professionals, including nurses, psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, will support you throughout your journey, working with you for as long as you need until you feel ready to move forward confidently.

Parenting Webinars

We offer our popular parenting webinars online regularly. Webinars are FREE to join, just choose a topic important to you and join other parents as our expert child and family health nurse provides tips and strategies.
