Overview
This course is for professionals who have completed the FPM foundation training who are wanting to become facilitators of the FPM foundation course and develop the skills, qualities and deeper understanding of effective implementation of FPM into practice.
Open to: All Professionals working with young children and families, who have completed the Family Partnership Model Foundation Course.
Date: 20th- 22nd & 27th- 29th October 2025

Cost: $1,100 (inc. GST)
Participants will:
- Develop their understanding of the theoretical knowledge and principles of the FPM Model
- Gain an overview of the structure, content, method and skills used in facilitating the current 5 days FPM foundation training
- Develop reflective practice skills for observing FPM in practice
- Undertake facilitation practice skills session to enhance their skills and knowledge of FPM facilitation
Course Outcome:
Participants will be able to train others to use the FPM in partnership with parents/clients in their communities. They will receive the FPM Reflective Practice Handbook, the current FPM facilitation guide and feedback as to the recommendation for continuing learning and competence in FPM in practice.

Please Note: All meals are provided and each participant will receive a copy of the Reflective Practice Handbook, the 5-Day Foundation Facilitator guide and a 50% reduction in fees for the FPM 4-day facilitator training when it becomes available in 2026.
