We’re excited to explore the development of a new Hub that will bring together services to provide integrated family-centred care. Families can drop in, relax and find support.
We invite local service providers to have your say:
- Help choose the look and feel of our new Hub
- Which services for families would be helpful
- Exploring service integration opportunities
- Co-designing a great model for services and families
- BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL – You will receive a text reminder the day before the event.
