Circle of Security is a FREE, 8-week, course offering you tools to develop and maintain strong bonds with your child, so they feel secure and your relationship thrives.

Karitane's First Steps Count program helps families in regional NSW access parenting support, early childhood services, and community resources.

Discover practical play skills that boost your child’s development—from enhancing speech, listening, and social skills to managing behavior and supporting emotional regulation. Join other parents and toddlers for hands-on sessions led by experienced Karitane clinicians, and be part of an exciting research initiative evaluating the ‘My Toddler and Me’ program!

Our goal is to support parents to meet other young parents whilst providing access to nurses, educators, OT and Speech Pathologists, Key Workers and more. All our playgroups are fun, relaxed and drop in (so you don’t have to commit to every week).

Support activities for parents aged 25 and under who are pregnant or have a child in Southwest Sydney. Through parent education, group programs and individual support, we aim to build your confidence and equip you with the skills to connect with and nurture your child.

We offer our popular parenting webinars online regularly. Webinars are FREE to join, just choose a topic important to you and join other parents as our expert child and family health nurse provides tips and strategies.
